I hope you are all well. It's been another very busy week here, hence why I'm late with this weeks newsletter. I have to confess it’s not because I’ve been at my desk or in the kitchen much. I've spent the week redecorating my guest room for a new guest who will be with us for a few months. More on that in my October news post.

So for this week's newsletter, I have taken inspiration from the fact that it was Caramel Week on Great British Bake Off, and I am sharing some fabulous recipes from my two blogs that have caramel.

I’m kicking myself for still not having got around to publishing my recipe for a new and delicious salted caramel sauce, which is photographed and ready to go. I just need to find time in the office to sit down and write the post, however I have republished my homemade hazelnut and caramel chocolates which has been updated to include lots of extra tips.
