Cheesy leeks and getting saucy
I've been busy updating some of my old posts on Recipes Made Eas. They are oldies but goodies
Hi,
I hope you have had a good week. It’s been pretty busy here. Once again I was judging at the Great taste awards at the beginning of the week and unlike last week when only one product got the coveted 3 stars no less than 5 got them this week. Three of them started off on my table. Given that they have to get 3 stars from several teams before being declared 3 stars, I was pleased that these products went all the way. Just goes to prove I have excellent taste! Ha Ha.
I’ve not been in the kitchen that much this week but have been at my desk and have updated two posts on Recipes Made Easy. Leeks in Cheese Sauce and How to Make a Basic White Sauce. Back when I started blogging I had no idea about things like SEO (search engine optimisation) and as a result, I have many recipes that are good but just not getting seen by the likes of Google and therefore more readers. So it is an ongoing task and one I expect will never end. Its a similar story on Only Crumbs Remain.
Anyway, check them out and if you are looking for some Easter baking inspiration I have a got you covered there too.
Until next time have a delicious week.
