Hi all
Just a very quick email dropping in to wish you all a Happy Easter and I hope that you get to enjoy a break over the holiday weekend.
Easter is often a time when many families get together for food and fun. So I thought I would share a couple more recipes with you which are ideal for a quick last-minute make.
Easter Biscuits
These classic old fashioned biscuits are called Easter biscuits because they were traditionally baked and given as gifts at Easter time. Lightly spiced and speckled with currants they are delicious and make a change from the usual chocolate confections. Also great to make with Children.
Easter Fudge
From my collection of fudge receipes on Only Crumbs Remain you may realise I really like making it so of course I have to have an Easter variation. This Easter fudge recipe is made with a double chocolate fudge which produces a delicious melt in the mouth confectionery.
The addition of mini eggs not only makes it a perfect recipe for an Easter treat but also introduces a fun pop of colour and a wonderful contrast in texture.
