New Recipe! Redcurrant and white chocolate chip cookies
This week I have a fabulous new recipe for all you cookie lovers.
Hello from Vancouver
Or more than likely somewhere over the Atlantic. This email will arrive in your inbox at the end of my time in beautiful Vancouver as I start the journey back to the UK and then on to Greece.
As I mentioned in last week’s email, the UK summer berry season is underway, and it is time to enjoy these delicious berries at their best.
I love berries and grow my own so have written many recipes for them on both Recipes Made Easy and Only Crumbs Remain.
Over the coming weeks I hope to put together some more recipe collection posts, like the collection of Gooseberry Recipes and the collection of Strawberry Recipes I shared with you last week. These recipe collections will make it easier for you to find a delicious recipe to try.
Meanwhile, I’m sharing another brand new recipe on Only Crumbs Remain. Redcurrant and white chocolate cookies. I hope you like them. Don't have any redcurrants? You can substitute small blueberries instead.
Until next time have a delicious week.
Redcurrant and White Chocolate Cookies
Redcurrants give these chocolate chip cookies a fabulous fruity tang.
Ohhh . . . the cookies sound and look wonderful! I don't have red currants so appreciate the tip to use small blueberries. Continued safe travels!!
