Hello friends
I don’t know about you, but I’m really looking forward to the coming long holiday weekend. A long weekend means I can spend more time cooking for pleasure and this Easter weekend especially I will be sitting down with friends and family around the dinner table.
On these occasions, it's nice to include a starter, so today I have gathered together a few of my favourite starters to share with you.
I’ll also be making a batch of my traditional Hot Cross Buns and plan to make my White Chocolate Baileys Truffles as a gift for a friend who is cooking for us on Good Friday.
Until next time, have a delicious week

Roasted peppers are a favorite of mine and my husband's. We roast them before we put them on our Saturday night pizza - so yummy! Have a wonderful Easter weekend, Jacqui! Thanks, as always, for sharing your love of food and recipes.
