It’s has been nice to see some more sunshine this week, I’ve been busy getting my tiny London garden into shape for the summer. Its just big enough for a table and I love eating Al Fresco when ever it gets warm enough.

It’s just two weeks until Easter so in this weeks newsletter, I thought that now is the time to share a some delightful Easter recipes. For me its a great excuse to get baking and of course I have lots of Easter baking recipes on Only Crumbs Remain as well as a few on Recipes Made Easy.

Easter is also a time we all get around the table for a big family roast. So I have added a link to an earlier substack post of mine “A good Roasting” which has links to my favourite roast chicken, beef,pork and lamb recipes.
