Halloween and bonfire fun
Hotdogs, soup, jacket potatoes all make great dishes to enjoy at Halloween or on Guy Fawkes Night.
Hello
I hope you have had a good week. I’m back in the UK. No soon as my body is just about in the correct time zone again, I’ve been struck down by a bug that I must have picked up on the flight back. Nothing too bad but it has meant I have been even less productive this week than I had hoped. It’s why this newsletter is a little late and it also sadly means I was not able to write up a new post with a fab halloween Devils Food Cake that I photographed before I went away. It will have to wait until next year now 😭
Do you celebrate Halloween or bonfire night? My birthday is on the 3rd so as a child my birthday parties often had a Halloween theme (not that it was much of a thing back then) or were a fireworks party.
Living in London now, I can’t have the bonfire parties I did as a child but that doesn’t stop me from enjoying Jacket Potatoes, hot dogs or a bowl of steaming hot soup which were always part of the party spread. It’s also always fun to carve a jack-o-lantern.
Until next time have a delicious week

I have yet to get one but It did make me wonder if you my readers might like some air fryer recipes on the blogs and maybe I should get one. So if you have a minute or two please complete the mini poll below or leave a comment/ send a reply and tell me what you think.
