Yogurt and the Easiest Sauce you will ever make!
A yogurt sauce that is a total breeze to make — it takes less than 5 minutes to make! The best part? You can ring the changes in all kinds of ways, and every variation is just as quick and simple.
Hello
While I’m here in Greece, I’ve been enjoying loads of thick, creamy Greek yogurt — it’s everywhere and it’s delicious! I’ve have it with fruit for breakfast every morning, as a side or starter in the form of tzatziki, and just yesterday, we were served a basil-flavoured yogurt with some warm bread rolls. this was so good!
It reminded me to share the yogurt sauce, I make all the time at home, in case you missed it.I mentioned it briefly when talking about my easy lamb kebabs. It’s honestly the easiest sauce you’ll ever make — just a handful of ingredients stirred together and left to sit for a few minutes. I make my Really Easy Yogurt Sauce at least once a week, if not more.
Give it a try, or one of the many variations — I think you’ll love it as much as I do. And if you do make it, let me know what you think or how you serve it. You can leave a comment here on Substack, send me an email, or (even better!) leave a note on the recipe post itself — there’s a comment box at the bottom of the page.
That’s all for now, until next time, have a delicious week
