It all sounds delicious! I've never made marmalade but love on warm biscuits. I'll have to give it a try!

I have just got my first Seville oranges , Amalfi lemons and blood oranges of the year so this has arrived at just the right time. Thank you. I always make marmalade but new recipes are always very much welcomed

I don't have a pressure cooker, any ideas how long to cook it for in a saucepan please?

If you use the method for How to make marmalade post. I cook for 2 hours. It's a lot longer, but if you have the heat low, you can p[pretty much leave it to itself, and it does make the house smell divine.
